In line with the Council’s ongoing initiatives to support all development to be as green as possible the design of the development is centred on delivering sustainable benefits to the residents, local community and city. The development will also maximise biodiversity benefits.

We have also formed an important formal working relationship with the National Botanic Garden of Wales which is working with us and Cameo to design the landscaping scheme, taking great care in appropriate species selection and creating a robust management regime to ensure that the landscaping will endure in the wet, windy and salty waterside climate.
