The landscape and public realm design has been prepared in line with a number of specific objectives of the Planning Scheme, in particular DA13, GI1 and PD20.
The scheme considers the approach to the overall masterplan for the TC3 quadrant, with further detail illustrated for the key streets and spaces with the Area 1 only. The approach is seen as the unifying layer which connects different areas of the site, and the site to the wider development, being conscious of its edges and neighbouring development.The overall approach aims to deliver a ‘place of quality’ as required in the UFDF Public realm Strategy.
