At Cheshunt Lakeside (Phase 1) , Cameo & Partners have help deliver two hundred affordable homes (additional to the Section 106 planning requirements) through a £49m deal with developer Inland Homes. The design includes a new pedestrian green link through the site as a reflection of the neighbouring River Lee which supports local wildlife. Plans for the wider Cheshunt Lakeside development will restore eight football pitches of green space and will also include commercial space, community facilities, and a new primary school.
