Cameo and Partners had been appointed to rethink the Phase I Scheme on the prestigious Kings Road Park. Our approach proposed a lowered courtyard within the podium allow light back into the main building and a visual connection from the external back to the internal courtyard. We wanted to create a welcoming arrival space within the new building and have a real connection with the courtyard above and at grade. This ethos allowed the resident a space to interact with each other , work alongside each other and relax alongside each other creating a unique new community within phase 1 In addition, lightwell would allow sunlight to penetrate the building and allow natural light into the private swimming pool and spa.
