The landscape design approach for lands at the Golf Lane site will provide critical amenity space both for its future residents and the wider community. In examining potential design approaches several design principles have been established including the need to respond to authenticity, the existing context and community – a development which is welcoming and not turning its back on its context and providing opportunities for interactions. Enhanced planting opportunities and integration of vertical greening in a natural way with playfulness through programmed play, use of color and the three dimensional expression of the landscape. The landscape design will respond to area requirements and architectural design language.
