Hounslow High Street Quarter
High Street Quarter, Hounslow is an exciting residential development coming to the centre of the borough, designed to spark the regeneration of the surrounding area. One, two & three-bedroom homes will be built around a new public square with shops, restaurants and a Cineworld. The vision for High Street Quarter, Hounslow embraces the development principles set out in the Hounslow Town Centre Masterplan and has evolved through stakeholder engagement, including the Hounslow Town Team, local businesses and members of the community. The vision is to create a new sense of place and a series of streets that sit comfortably with the existing fabric and strengths of the town. The proposal has been carefully designed to create seamless linkages into the High Street, the Blenheim Centre, and the existing network of secondary streets and pedestrian routes. A major competition for one of the key regeneration sites in London. The scheme features a new public square designed to become a focus of urban life in Hounslow.
