This newly proposed nine story student accommodation on the former site of the Independent Newspapers HQ on Middle Abbey Street in Dublin. As part of the new proposals the original printing hall to the rear is also to be preserved and used for cultural and community uses.

The roof terraces will be a vibrant amenity for the new 272 student rooms accommodation and the widening and upgrading of Williams Lane linking Abbey Street and Princes Street.
