These streets have been designed with a pedestrian priority “Home-zone” approach, which creates a safer enviroment for residents and there will be pockets of external play areas for 0-6 yr olds. The key to the site is the extensive residential terraces, with native shrub’s, tree’s and plant’s to create a new ecological, local biodiverse habitat. These terraces are designed to maximise social interaction between the residents, encouraging a new community.
