The formal Nestle Factory site in Hayes West London has been transformed into a regeneration project delivering over 1300 new homes. This exemplar development gave Cameo & Partners the opportunity to develop the landscape Masterplan and the delivery of the fist phase and restoration of the formal factory facade.
