A landmark development, presenting Ireland’s
first work-life campus in Leopardstown, Dublin.
A mixed-use, city centre environment within
an attractive suburban location. Central Park
successfully integrates landscape features within
a high density, wind-swept development, creating
civic podium spaces, intimate courtyard gardens
and a tree-lined central boulevard.

DELIVERING PLACES FOR
PEOPLE AND NATURE IN
HARMONY
The project successfully combines a high quality
urban aesthetic, even though it is set within a
suburban location. Long views are afforded across
the grounds of Leopardstown Park Hospital,
towards the surrounding mature woodland.
The design filters prevailing winds through the
introduction of structured tree planting and
the placement of structural devices. These
interventions will also give garden occupants
shelter from over-looking residents.
