Four new buildings ranging in height from three to sixteen storeys will provide 447 residential units, ground level flexible retail floor space, communal amenity space, pedestrian boulevard and below podium car and cycle parking. The residential units are flexibly designed to be able to incorporate the requirements of BTR. Above the podium, there will be richly landscaped private amenity areas with shared child play-space, incorporated into the design.
