TALLINN LANDSCAPE
The concept and manifestation of ‘erosion’ has brought about
the introduction of natural rock and geologic elements within the
podium promenade; creating a celebration of the power and boldness of
large natural rocks found around the local area.

Rocks and strata reveal themselves through the paved surface
in stylised, sculptural forms, drawing upon the notion of plate
tectonics. The front of the scheme is predominately hardscape
to enhance the verticality of the architectural towers. To the rear,
an extensive forest buffer surrounds the development as a soft
green backdrop in contrast to the hard promenade, providing
amenity spaces and shelter for daily activities.
